George Francis Innes Harkness of the Indian Medical Service, Officiating Medical Officer with the 102nd King Edward's Own Grenadiers, bearing Hong Kong 4c. cancelled by Foochow c.d.s., with Foochow Aug. 24 and Aden Sept. 14 transit datestamps.
