Invoicing
Our buyers premium is 20% + VAT (24%). Buyers from outside the EU will not be charged VAT. Lots with † are subject to 20 vat while lots with an X are subject to 5% importation VAT — both are charged on the hammer price.
Invoices are emailed and posted once upon conclusion of the auction.
Collection
Lots are available for collection a few minutes after the hammer falls.
Clients wishing to export lots outside of the EU will require relevant export documentation should they wish to claim the VAT back. We ask those wishing to do so inform us prior to collection so we can arrange the required documentation.
Delivery
All purchases are insured in transit and will be sent by Special Delivery, International Signed For or courier unless otherwise instructed. A minimum charge of £8.50 + VAT will be added to your invoice for this service.
Purchases weighing in excess of the maximum allowed weights for these services will be sent by approved courier at the lowest available cost unless we are otherwise instructed.
